Where are YTD’s manufacturing centers and distribution hubs located?

Our integrated manufacturing centers sit in Dalian (China), Rayong (Thailand), and Siem Reap (Cambodia) to ensure stable production. For rapid delivery across Europe, we operate three strategic distribution hubs: our Head Office & Fulfillment hub in the UK, the Exsan Warehouse in Belgium, and our European Warehouse in Serbia.

How does YTD maintain consistent product quality across different batches?

We control the entire process under one supply chain from start to finish. By managing production across our Asian factories and distribution through our European hubs, we enforce strict batch-by-batch quality control before any board reaches our customers.

What are your shipping capabilities for trade partners?

We accommodate both large-scale direct container shipments to markets worldwide and pallet distribution for ready-to-ship stock across the UK and Europe.

What flooring categories do you supply?

We supply five main categories: Engineered Wood, Solid Wood, Parquet Flooring, LVT & SPC, and Laminate.

What specifications are available for your Engineered Wood and Vinyl products?

Our engineered wood boards range from 4mm to 20mm in total thickness (including 3-ply and multiply builds), while our vinyl (LVT/SPC) products range from 2.5mm to 6.5mm (with options featuring integrated IXPE underlayment). We also offer solid oak, laminate, and custom wide planks across dozens of colors, finishes, and widths.

Do you offer unfinished boards for custom job-site finishes?

Yes. We offer unfinished extra-wide engineered oak planks (such as 260mm European oak and 240mm American oak) designed specifically for contractors and interior designers to apply custom stains, oils, or lacquers on-site.

Our engineered line is organized into tier-based collections to fit various commercial requirements:

  • Entry / Budget Line: Trade Smart, Project Line, and Builder’s Line (built for developer projects and volume builds).
  • Mid-Tier / Standard Line: Modern Line, Master Line, Vibrant Collection, and Unfinished.
  • Premium Line: Master, Prestige, and Heritage collections (featuring thick wear layers, smoked finishes, and hand-distressed detailing).
Can I order DIY-box formats for smaller residential builds?

Yes. Select products—including our 10mm/14mm Herringbone and 18mm Solid Oak lines—are packaged in convenient DIY-box formats to streamline handling and logistics for residential turnkey projects.

How do I get wholesale pricing or order product samples?
